Andy Gaur, an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, founded his first company, Compunnel Software Group, Inc. in 1989. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership, and focused approach, Andy soon turned the company into one of the fastest growing software and consulting organizations, serving several Fortune 1000 companies and notching up over $35 million in annual sales. Since the inception of Compunnel, Andy has funded seven startup information technology companies, all of which are wholly or partially owned by Compunnel Software Group, Inc. He holds executive or board positions in each of these companies. Ficon, a communication software firm funded by Andy, was created with an initial investment of $250,000 and was sold for over $90 million.

Andy catapulted Compunnel to becoming the 39th Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in America, as reported by Inc. Magazine, by growing over 6500% in the five years leading up to 1997. Andy's success is underlined by the numerous awards he has received, such as "Enterprise Company of the Year" from the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and "Internet Innovator Award" and "Internet Excellence Award" from Technology New Jersey Inc. Andy’s presence among New Jersey's top 40 business people under age 40, short-listed by both Business News New Jersey and New Jersey Monthly, is also recognition of his techno-preneurial foresight.

Andy heads InfoPro Worldwide USA, Inc. that has been offering IT consulting, application development, and eLearning services for nearly fifteen years now. Andy holds a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University.

With a Major in Physics and Masters' degree in Computer Applications from Delhi University, India, Sonia Wadhwa has 18+ years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in the fields of Learning technologies and business, Project Management methodologies and tools, Organization Development practices, and Operations Management. Beginning her career with the advent of IT industry in India, Sonia has been associated with Compunnel Software Group, InfoPro India Pvt. Ltd., InfoPro WorldWide USA, Inc. and associated companies for more than 15 years. She brings a strong mix of technology know-how, execution skills, industry knowledge, business acumen, client relationship management and people leadership to her current roles as EVP - IT Solutioning & Learning /Application Delivery and COO.

Her strong technical academic background and vast experience in custom learning solutions development, instructional design, technical writing, database and programming technologies, Learning Management technologies, and development & deployment engines have made her a strong leader in the business.

A strong believer in quality and process improvement, she led the organizational development practices and implemented Competence Management framework, Content Design and Creation Processes, Training and Mentoring Framework, and Performance Management System, tailored specifically to the demands of industry and the company.

Despite her technical academic background and leadership roles, Sonia has kept herself grounded in the nuts and bolts of technical delivery and eLearning solutions, and is a feared reviewer of solutions-both learning materials and technology.

Karthik Natarajan

Karthik Natarajan is an accomplished technology/business solutions architect and executive with over 20 years of diverse IT experience. He is responsible for shared and emerging technologies, architecture and standards, and developing the technology strategy for the company.

Karthik has an extensive experience in architecting, designing and building viable IT solutions for complex business needs ranging from software applications to complex infrastructure solutions and support. His vast experience in IT & Communications Infrastructure and Enterprise Software applications provide him with enhanced ability to bring together the best blend of both in the solutions he architects.

Karthik's core competencies include Software Architecture, Infrastructure Design & Development, VOIP, Technology Integration, Relationship Management, Project Lifecycle Management, Business Process Optimization, Strategic Planning, Technology Sales, Marketing, Global Operations and Executive Leadership.

Arun Prakash

Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Arun Prakash is the Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing and plays a vital role in helping our customers create value and accelerate the implementation of business development objectives. His approach is to develop a business model based on trust, credibility, and understanding of client needs and make the business opportunities grow. He plays an important role in defining company strategy and using technology, innovation, and leadership to achieve business excellence.

Arun has worked with world's leading business consulting and technology companies. A professional exposure of over 15 years with global organizations and markets helps Arun drive our sales organization to provide technology enabled, knowledge-driven solutions.

Arun holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Moscow Government University (Russia).

Vinayak Rampalli

Executive Vice President

Vinayak Rampalli has extensive industry experience in various engineering fields and started his career in the IT industry as a programmer. With dedication, focus, and hard work, Vinayak soon climbed the corporate ladder from a programmer to a senior member of IT staffing management team. Vinayak has over 10 years experience in managing the sales and operations of IT staffing, and with the help of a dedicated team, he has been instrumental in increasing the IT staffing sales at InfoPro Worldwide USA, Inc. from $6 million to $30million in a period of four years.

Vinayak holds a Masters degree in electrical engineering from Osmania University and a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
